In a recent post, we identified Michael Osterholm as director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP), associate director of the Department of Homeland Security's National Center for Food Protection and Defense (NCFPD), and professor in the School of Public Health -- all at the University of Minnesota. That attribution was based on an outdated web page.
In October 2006 Osterholm resigned the NCFPD position but remains involved with the Center. The original post has been corrected.
